DIARY OF A NEW ROLE - WEEK 7+8I DIDI lead the post-production of the material shot a couple of weeks back and witnessed with marvel the concept pitched become closer and closer to a finished ad and campaign. This is where the attention to detail can really elevate the final product: from visual effects and sound design, to retouching and print testing - it takes a village!I’m now starting to prepare the project for the finish line: aka, delivery phase. Let’s go! I’VE LEARNTThat the resilience and determination I have built throughout my career are indeed what got me to this new role, as I navigate my way through the fine line between last feedback rounds and keeping the project on track. Not everything in a new role has to always be new: my suggestion to everyone in a similar journey is to keep in mind their strengths when facing new challenges. This will not only allow you to overcome them, but to do so in your unique way and make a lasting impact.
