I was on hold with @Xfinity after being on the call with them for over an hour with three different departments and they just hung up on me!! I was on the call for over an hour in case you missed it. 😩😩😩😩😩🥺 that **** hurt.

@Xfinity The app says there are no outages in my area. We had a technician come out last week. They said our equipment is fine. The internet keeps shutting down. Ive called too many times and all they do is reset it.

@Xfinity I have been attempting to activate my account for 5 days and Xfinity keeps bumping my connection before it gets to a sign in page. I've been i different parts of the city, but the same thing happens. It prompts me to sign in then bumps me off saying "connected

@jedweeks @comcastcares Yes, this is the same Baltimore office that has failed us (where’s our FIOS or municipal service as you stated?) but they do minimal lip service by making Comcast respond when notified. I suggest including the time & dates of all calls in your letter as well.

@Xfinity no internet. I just want activate my pass and use it, but I seem to be getting a barrier on your end. The signal is excellent but it refuses to load the sign in page. What am I doing wrong? I've been all over the city and I'm FRUSTRATED!

I thought Comcast had the world's worst automated phone system. Then I had to call @homedepot. Funniest part was when the voice system suggested I try texting instead—because I tried texting first and it suggested calling.

@Syracuse_Ute @dish_answers I switched to xfinity 2 years ago when Dish took away HBO and some sport channels. I’ll never go back.
