Freshman orientation was amazing. Not only were leaders full of information and energetic, they made the whole group feel welcomed and excited to be a part of it all. Campus is always clean and well kept and the dorms are as good as they can be away from home. I had questions about my intended program that no one could answer; however, the information desk contacted the department head and he set up a zoom call with me to answer any and all questions I had.

I am a starting Freshman at Ball state! I move into the residence halls in August. I haven't experienced Ball State yet but I am hoping to get some scholarships to help with schooling.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The professors were fantastic, showing genuine care and support for my learning journey. However, I felt the administration was somewhat biased in addressing my concerns. Although they hold hearings for severe cases, I didn't feel like my voice was truly heard.
