Amir Khan is still worth a whopping £31million in 2024, despite retiring two years ago after falling to defeat to rival Kell Brook - but the star could consider coming out of retirement soon for one last big pay cheque.

The former fighter is considered one of the highest-paid British boxers in history and burst onto the scene when he grabbed a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics - making him the UK's youngest boxing Olympic medalist.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Khan is still worth a whopping $40 million (£31,350,800) despite stepping down from boxing in 2022, stating his "love" for the sport was no longer there.

Khan is thought to have earned an impressive £65 million through his boxing career, which he has used to invest in his very own Amir Khan Academy in Pakistan - as well as his own promotional company, Khan Promotions.

The athlete is also a co-owner of India's Super Fight League (MMA) and Super Boxing League. With his millions, Khan has invested in property, vehicles and some glamourous accessories.

Khan owns various top-of-the-range supercars - including a Rolls-Royce Phantom (£233,000), a Lamborghini Aventador (£271,000) and even a Porsche 911 Turbo (£160,000).

The former boxer also owns several properties, previously selling off his £1.2 million Bolton mansion to buy a four-bed bungalow in the same area.

Khan's wife, Faryal Makhdoom, spent £250,000 renovating the bungalow for their family to live in, and they also decided to purchase a luxury holiday home in Dubai with the money made from selling the mansion.

Their holiday space even comes with their very own swimming pool that overlooks Dubai's stunning scenery. In terms of more personal purchases, Khan has a well-known love for luxury watches and has been snapped wearing some expensive timepieces.

These have included a Richard Mille RM 032 dive watch (£95,000-£111,000) as well as a Cosmograph Daytona Oystersteel (£35,000) and even a diamond-encrusted Rolex (£72,000). This Rolex was actually stolen from the boxer back in March 2023 and returned to Khan by the police just a month later in April 2023.

Despite this obvious lavish lifestyle, Khan is considering coming out of retirement to boost his net worth even more by fighting a pair of boxers who are currently stealing the scene - KSI and Jake Paul.

BBC Sport reported that the 37-year-old is currently in talks to fight on a Misfits card against YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI. Misfits - a sports entertainment organisation set up by KSI - puts on fights between influencers who want to try the sport out, as well as professional fighters who may have retired or not been included in high-profile fights in recent times.

Khan called out both KSI and Jake Paul on social media recently, writing on X: "Be cautious about what you desire @KSI @jakepaul" alongside a boxing glove emoji.

With these fights, Khan could be looking at millions of pounds worth of profit if his previous fight purse's are anything to go by. The fighter earned between £690,000 to a whopping £9.4 million per fight - with his last fight against Brooks handing him a healthy £5 million profit despite the loss.

KSI has estimated to have earned between $900,000 (£708K) to $3 million (£2.3 million) in his previous fights that included opponents such as Logan Paul, Joe Weller and Tommy Fury.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul took home $1.2 million (£941K) for his fight against Nate Robinson alone and has estimated to have earned up to $50 million (£39.2 million) from his boxing career, according to Diaro AS. Due to this, Khan could be looking at a healthy profit by fighting either Paul or KSI - regardless of the outcome of the match.

Khan also said that he'd be willing to take on Jake Paul in the near future if fellow boxer Mike Tyson was unable to fulfil the fixture against the former YouTube influencer.

Mike 'Iron Mike' Tyson was set to take on Paul on July 20 in a controversial fight but it was delayed until further notice - as Tyson was deemed medically unfit to fight due to an ulcer flare-up.

The fight is now set to take place between October and December, but Khan has said he would be willing to stand in for Tyson as long as Paul dropped a considerable amount of weight.

Speaking to Offshore Poker Sites, Khan said: "If the weights are right, I don't mind giving away 20 pounds.

"It just depends on the weight because I know Jake has put on a lot of weight to fight Mike. Jake is not normally that big, but he's put on a lot of mass, so it depends on him, whether he's willing to lose that weight and we find some middle ground somewhere.

"Let's see, but I've had no calls about that, so I assume they're still hoping to fight Mike, he's not going to want to take a beating before that. These guys are half way training, drinking in camp - they don't even have a camp - they're making the sport look bad, so if it means I have to knock out KSI, Jake Paul and his brother Logan to teach them a lesson, I will."

The Mirror reports that the former boxer added: "I don't think Jake Paul will want anything to do with me to be honest.

"I want to put this influencer boxing to rest because these guys are destroying boxing and until they get a good beating, they won't realise that boxing is for real fighters who take the sport seriously."
